I am looking to have somebody take over the remainder of my lease for the 2 bedroom duplex I'm currently living in. Really great place, I am just changing up my living arrangements. I have a lease until October 2016, but then you are more than welcome to continue living in the place after that. Landlord is great - and again no issues at all with the place. And yes you can have it furnished with two beds, desk, kitchen table, couch, outdoor chairs!
