Hi -
I just became master tenant of an amazing 2 floor apartment, and I am subletting two of the rooms starting ASAP through March 31. THIS IS JUST A 1.5+ MONTH SUBLEASE.
There are two great sized bedrooms upstairs with open closets, and on the main floor there is a full eat-in kitchen, full bathroom, and a sweet living room space. The place is lit by awesome chandeliers in just about every room. There is a small patio out back, and downstairs there is storage space (easy in-and-out bike storage for bike commuters), free laundry, and a 1 car garage. The building is old but in good condition and the location is amazing. It's a quiet, safe block right next to cafes, yoga studio, restaurants, and close to the highway.
The monthly rent is as follows, and I will pro-rate for February
Master Bedroom $1450
2nd Bedroom $1300
Security deposit: $1,000
Parking your vehicle in the garage is $200 plus an additional $200 security deposit.
I will slowly be moving my stuff into the apartment over the course of February, and will start living in the living room around end of February or first week of March.
I can provide an air mattress, bedding, night table and small dresser for each room. If you have your own bed or other vital furniture, your are welcome to move it in for the period of the sublet. There is even a salvation army across the street where you can buy a super cheap mattress (<$100).
Please reply to me with your LinkedIn or Facebook, a bit about yourself, your source of income, and why subletting my place a month and a half is something that would be sensible for you right now. Also make the subject line mr. purple so I know you read this whole thing.
To move in, I'll need first and last month's rent, plus $1000 security deposit which is of course refundable after your stay, assuming there are no legit damages. February will be pro rated.
Therefore, to move in to:
The Master Bedroom: if you move in on Feb 12, you'd pay first month's rent ($1450/28days*17daysStay=$880) plus last month's rent (March will be full $1450) plus security deposit ($1000) so a total of 3,330 to move in.
For the second bedroom, if you move in on Feb 13, you'd pay first month's rent ($1300/28days*16daysStay=$743) plus last month's rent (March will be full $1300) plus security deposit ($1000) so a total of $3,043 to move in.
I'm having an open house at 8pm every night until the two rooms are filled. I could charge a lot more for these rooms, and maybe I should because the total rent is redonk. So these are gonna go quickly. Get at my ASAP.
Happy hunting, y'all.
