Sharing with 1 other person: Tech professional, mid-40's. Quiet, respectful, easy-going. I mostly work from home, so am around the house quite a bit. More of a night owl, but will be considerate of your (reasonable) schedule/requests. I volunteer with nonprofits, like live jazz, listen to podcasts (Democracy Now, Commonwealth Club, Radiolab, Freakonomics...), and perform improv comedy with a troupe in Half Moon Bay. I'm vegetarian, but rarely cook.

One room has queen-sized bed (could be stored if you don't want it), the second room (your office?) has a few chairs and tables, a white board. Common areas have minimal furniture and basic pots & pans.

Your share of rent is $1,750. Your half-share of monthly utilities (including bi-weekly housecleaner) will be about $300. $2,500 security deposit.

Occasional guests OK, but I am not looking to share with a couple.

Lease is technically month-to-month, but I'm looking for someone who would plan to stay put for at least 9 months.

No smoking/drugs or pets.
