2 unfurnished rooms each open into the hallway and into a shared full bathroom with 2 sinks/vanities.
Rent for EACH room is $1100.

House is 2500 sq. ft. with large outdoor space including front, side, and back yards.
Front has room for additional plants; sides of the house for herb and vegetable garden cultivation; the back yard is 1200 sq. ft. of artificial turf.

Shared space includes living room, office, dining room, kitchen, and patio/decks.

Utilities and internet included.

About you:
Would prefer to rent both rooms ($2200 for both) to:

1. single parent with 1-2 children, or
2. small family (2 parents + 1 child);
   but open to renting the 2 rooms separately ($1100/each) to
3. single male/female professional.

About us:
We are a professional Mom (neuroscientist at Stanford) and 3 year-old son.
