2 mile away from Stanford, Palo Alto Housing

I am moving out my apartment since I will be completing my degree at Stanford by the second week of June this year. This is a very nice, centrally located, spacious and comfortable apartment only 2 mile away from Stanford. I spent my last year here and had no problem regarding property manager or etc. This is one stand alone very well maintained 1 bedroom (550 square feet) apartment with private parking and full kitchen.

I had rented some of the furnitures for the year and have kitchen stuff and some more furniture that I bought. Now, this is a full house with nothing is needed while moving in. I am happy to leave my stuff and we can talk the rental company to transfer the lease over you (if you are interested) and you do not have to pay delivery fee (around $300).

Lease: 1 year or longer
Rent: ~$2,045
Application fee: $30
