2 Phantom of the Opera tickets front row Loge

Selling two tickets to the Phantom of the Opera for Sept 1, 8pm at the Orpheus Theater in SF.
$210 OBO total ($105 each at face value, no charge for the processing fee).

Bought the tickets back in January, when seat selection was really good. Unfortunately my friend now has a conflict with an important conference in Japan, so in order to go together, we're settling for less optimal seats at a later showing.
