Hi everyone,

I am a Stanford alumnus from the class of 2015. We are looking for two or three tenants to live in our MV home. Your ideal move-in date would be September 14th, but we can make additional accommodations if needed. We will call professional staff to cleanse and disinfect the place before your move-in date. -- located in a 5-7 minutes walk to Steven's Creek trail

Room #1 (large, bright and cozy bedroom with a private bath) - $1600/mo
Room #2 (medium room in between, room #1 and room #3) - $1200/mo
Room #3 (medium-sized by the entrance) - $1300/mo

You:
-- Our previous roommates have been techies working at Stanford, Google, or Box, as well as researchers, but we are open to everyone.
-- Preferably single, but you may have visitors if the other roommates agree
-- non-smoker, quiet, clean & tidy
-- love being in the outdoors and need a safe and ideal running area
-- long-term rentals preferred (6-12 months), but we can draft a month-to-month deal if needed
-- At move-in: one-month refundable deposit (one month's rent)
