Two furnished rooms in a nice house will be available around September 15th. The house is located at 269 Matadero Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94306, which is 1.2 miles to the east side of Stanford University. It will take you only ~12 min biking to Stanford main campus through a convenient and safe bike path.
The house is also within walking distance from California Ave Caltrain and restaurants, 2 miles to San Antonio Shopping Center.
The large room with windows in two directions is located upstairs, with big closet. The rent is $700. The small room downstairs costs only $550..
Utility included, Extra $50 if you prefer cooking, $10 for internet.
