1 bedroom (approx. 11' x 13') with closet and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo
1 living room (approx. 14' by 17') furnished with couch, side table, and floor lamp

$1500/month. Free wireless internet. Full kitchen privileges. No laundry, but there is a laundromat two blocks away. Utilities are separate; utility costs are split with the landlady and run about $60-80 per person. No space for cars, but the landlady can help you get a city parking permit.

Very safe neighborhood. Close to Starbucks, JJ&F Grocery Store, Panda Express, downtown California Avenue, Marguerite shuttle stop. 15 min. walk to campus center.

My roommate and I will be fully moved out by mid-August. We hope to find two persons to take over the remainder of our lease, which ends September 31st, 2012 AS WELL AS rent the rooms for another year (until September 31st, 2013). The place is currently configured to accomodate two people; since we are lazy, we are hoping to sell our bunk bed (which can be split into two separate beds). I am also hoping to sell my twin mattress and an Ikea desk.
