2 recent grads and I just signed a lease for an awesome 3 bedroom place in SF and are looking for subletters for two of the rooms for September. We’re just looking to cover our rent for the month, so it would be $1200 for each of the first two people, but if you wanted to put up to 4 people in the two rooms, rent would only be $600 per! We can also be flexible about the dates and prorate the rent. The cost is negotiable, so feel free to make an offer!
