Two private bedrooms are available in our 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom home in East Palo Alto, CA. Co-signed lease beginning Sep 1st.

Smaller bedroom = $950/m avail 8/1. (Comes with a free full-size bed-frame with two drawers)
Larger bedroom = $1050/m avail 9/1.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in East Palo Alto, very close to campus. Only 1 occupant per room, but if you are a couple, you can rent out both rooms.

Monthly rent includes:

Unfurnished bedroom with closet
Shared bathroom w 1 roommate
Shared living room & dining room
Driveway parking
In-unit laundry machine & dryer
Your own kitchen cabinet space
Refrigerator space
The shared large kitchen includes dishwasher, oven, gas stovetop range
Weekly gardening included with monthly rent
Garbage utility included with monthly rent

Safety deposit: $1050

Utilities not included with the monthly rent include PG&E, water, and Internet.
($90 - $140 in the summer - winter per person).

The landlord requires proof of income and credit score report with the application.

The first month’s rent and safety deposit are expected upon move-in.

Current housemates:
One female staff scientist and one male postdoc both working at Stanford University's School of Medicine campus for 6 yrs & 3 yrs. We are both in our 30's, rather quiet and enjoy active lifestyles, videogames, and are generally focused on our work. We like to keep the house to be that peaceful place we go to after work and like to keep it very clean. We hope to find someone who similarly prefers clean spaces and is okay with cleaning after themselves in maintaining clean common areas.

Two cockatiels (small birds) live with us, but sorry no additional pets.
