2 Rooms Available September 1st in 4 Bedroom Apt.: Washington Square!

Our apartment is midway between Coolidge Corner and Cleveland Circle, on the C Trolley of the Green Line.

2 bedrooms are available. Each is for a 1 year lease term from September 1st 2026 thru August 31 2027. There would be the option to re-sign another full year lease after that for the following rental cycle. Rent is $850 for either room.

The area has plenty of conveniences, with public transport, shopping and several restaurants nearby. Boston University is 10 minutes away by subway. We are also close to the route of the Boston College shuttle bus.

The apartment is a good size with a large kitchen. Laundry machines are in the basement.

The $850 monthly rental per room includes heat and hot water. We have an Xfinity package which includes cable and broadband internet. We are looking for a roommate who would be part of the cable package, given the cost. This is non-negotiable.

Approximate monthly billing per tenant per room:

Electricity & Gas: $75

Broadband and Cable: $75

Housecleaner: $20

The landlord would ask you to obtain a credit check from a brick and mortar, licensed establishment (i.e.: not from an online source.)

Amount needed for move in:

$850 First Month (January 2026).

$850 Last Month (August 2026).

$400 Security Deposit.

Credit Check & Interview amount. This would vary depending on how you obtain the credit check
