Roommates Needed - Downtown Palo Alto
I am looking for roommates to rent 2 bedrooms in a 3-BR apartment in Downtown Palo Alto, available May 1st.

- 10Min walk to Cal Train
- 10Min Bike to Stanford
- Parking included
- Large sunny rooms
- Storage room
Rent is month to month but I am looking for someone who could stay for a year ideally.
Rent is $1450/$1350 + utils (internet; power; heating during winter) approx $40 and. There is a coin-op laundry on-site, just below the unit. Parking is included in the price of rent - one space in the carport, which is
a covered spot but open.
The most important qualities we seek in a housemate:
- cleans up after themselves
- friendly
- pays rent on time
Move-in costs:
-One month rent deposit returned upon move-out (this holds your room before you move in)
-$1450/$1350 for first-month rent (and payable on 1st of the month thereafter)
While we are maintaining safe social distancing, we can plan a video call to show the apartment.
