2 rooms near SANTANA ROW move in NOW (santa clara)

Hello house hunters!

I have 2 rooms available in Santa Clara available immediately. non furnished, but you can use air mattress until you get set up.

It's a little far from campus 15-20 min drive so it's highly recommended you have a car, although you can carpool with me Mondays and Fridays!

SU affiliation preferred, but if you're not it's okay, as long as you're a decent human being.

each room is $1100/mo. 1st + last month rent + $300 deposit to move in ($2500 total)

only 1 carport spot, i got dibs on the other one, but there is plenty of street parking

about me, 27yr old tech startup type with a foreign accent (europe!), i work and travel a lot, )'(
about you, demonstrate that you can be nice to me and your roommates and you're in! demonstrate that you can pay rent on time and you're in for the long haul.

credit + references are a plus but not mandatory. Stanford affiliation trumps all of that.

couples or 2 girls in one room accepted but will charge you extra ($1400/mo).

cats okay but will charge you extra ($100) and will require a deposit ($300), dogs or other pets not allowed unfortunately.

this place is awesome, not a lot of rules inside aside from no smoking and no dogs, come check it out this weekend!also, laundry on site and pool by doorstep.
