Its also 2 minutes walking from University Avenue restaurants, parking available on the street.

Currently, 3 software engineers (all Stanford BS+MS graduates) live in the house. The Master bedroom is on the second floor of the house, secluded from the rest of the house. The room has its own lock, so it is basically its own unit.The house has a nice ficeplace, large livingroom, large supplied kitchen, and large backyard.

Available for rent from early April (between April 3rd and 10th) UNTIL June 11th (can move out sooner if needed by a week or two).The monthly rent I am paying for the room is 2,150 dollars, but I am renting it for $2000 or highest price offered.
