I have a 2000 BMW X5 and its mileage as of now is 112,458 miles. Other features include: 4.4 l v8 engine and automatic transmission, multiple disk CD player, power window/door locks, cruise control, power leather seats with memory and moon roof.
I just had it checked thoroughly and changed some old parts with new ones: two rear tires, the oil valve, the dynamic stability control system and ABS are all brand new.
