I have a decently furnished living to rent out as bedroom. The space is about 2000 square feet and contains a bed, a desk, lamp wardrobe. Ideal for short term leasing but can be a long term solution too.

Close to caltrain and California Ave(5 mins walk).
10 mins bike to Stanford (alternatively you can take the bus which is 3 mins walk away)
Bank of American, Citi, AT&T all within 3 mins walk
Chipotle next door

I am looking for a roommate, who is

1. exchange students and scholars welcomed; grad who's looking for temporary stay also welcomed
2. clean & quiet
3. no drug/pet please

The rent is $1100 + Utility and internet+monthly cleanup fee. Moving out will include a one time $40 clean up fee.
