2001 Mercedes Benz SLK230 Hard-Top Convertible - $9999

I'm selling my 2001 Mercedes Benz SLK230 in order to pay off some college loans at Stanford. I purchased this car in April of 2008 and have been perfectly happy with it ever since. This SLK has a supercharged 4 cylinder engine with 83 thousand miles and a 6-speed manual transmission - very powerful, but also great on gas. I used the car only to commute around Palo Alto on weekends, and to drive up to San Francisco on occasion. The body is in fantastic condition and the interior is great as well. The only cosmetic imperfection you will notice is a bit of peeling of the plastic coating on the center console. This week I had all four of the disk brake pads replaced (on 8/27/09) and had three minor scratches (from normal wear and tear) repaired at an auto detailer in Menlo Park.
