Condition:
- drives / handles well, good as new. Primarily light driving for 9 years, at least once weekly.
- No history of maintenance issues. No odd noises, issues while driving, or issues with signals or interior electronics. The car is in great shape.
- Oil changed regularly.
- Brakes replaced in 2013
- Rear tires in good condition, front tires will need to be replaced sometime in the next 3-4 months.
- minor dings and scuffs on exterior (all barely noticeable, with the exception of the very front point of the car where the paint has chipped.
- Cloth covering driver's side sun visor is torn. Could easily be replaced, but not noticeable when the visor is in the down sun-blocking position.
History:
- bought from CarSense.com for $13,500 with 10,000 miles in 2004
- Fully insured since purchased under AAA.
- was rear-ended overnight while in parking space. AAA insurance covered full repairs, including replacing rear axel, rear bumper, rear quarter panels. I have not noticed anything different in the way it drives or handles, and the exterior looks better than it did before, since all the exterior panels are new. This is not the reason I’m selling it, just noting for full disclosure.
Reason for selling: The car only has 67k miles and doesn’t have any maintenance issues. It works great, no issues. I simply don’t need it anymore (commute via train) and no longer want to pay for parking for it.
