2009 Subaru Outback 2.5i Wagon PZEV

A vehicle I purchased from a dealer in 2015 June. It's a 4 speed AT drive train AWD car with cruise function.
All of the oils (engine, transmission, differential, steering) were changed when the mileage hit 120000. The engine oil changed as scheduled. Some minor issue about engine valve sealing and radiator were repaired in this year. The car used to be maintained in Dave's Auto repair and is in a good condition now. All the documents of maintenance during my ownership are reserved. I can hand it to you. The front windshield was just replaced two weeks ago because the old one was hit by a flying stone on the road and had a crack on it.
My family and I love biking and thus I set up a pair of bike rails on roof and paid $400 to install a new tow hitch for the rear bike carrier. The equipment is very useful for outdoor activities.
I'm a visiting scholar in Stanford and will go back to my country in July, that's the reason why I'm selling this car. The car is in a good condition. The only thing that I might be picky of this car is the 4 speed transmission. You know, it's a relatively old style transmission, not so smooth as the new 5 speed or CVT ones. Despite of this, if you're looking for a durable, good condition wagon, I believe you'll like this one.
One thing to mention. The odometer is 131000 miles now. Because I'm planing to go for a road trip toward Banff national park in June, I'll put another 4000-5000 miles on it. I'll end the trip around July 3rd. So I'm looking for a buyer that will take over the car between July 5th to July 12th. The odometer at that time will be near 136000 miles at that time. The suggested price on KBB is between 6500 to 7200. I'm asking for $6800. I can only take bank check or cash at the bank front desk.
