I bought this as a Certified Pre-Owned with ~25k miles on it two years ago while living in SoCal. I moved up to SF 18 months ago and now take a company shuttle for my commute so it's nearly-sole purpose over the last 18 months has been to get me to/from San Jose to visit my girlfriend on the weekends. Now my girlfriend is moving in with me in SF and has 2 years left on her car lease, so it's really hard to justify paying an additional $400/mo to park a car I will rarely ever drive.
Car is in excellent condition (no accidents, always garaged, non-smoker), has never had any problems, and has all scheduled maintenance including the major 45k mile service (even though the car has only 38.4k miles on it).
