2015 Audi A3 great condition ~44K miles with factory warranty

I bought my love car in San Diego and used it mainly to commute between home and work (< 5 min); sometimes to LA (100 miles). I moved to Bay Area with my car last Nov and use it only to commute between home and work (20 min) this year. Therefore, the overall mileage is low, still under factory warranty (expiring when reaching 50K miles). Car condition is great. Maintenance and services were regularly performed at local Audi dealers. Two front tires just changed half year ago. I keep all the Audi service records for your reference.
