The master bedroom is larger than most 1bedroom apartments.

• Washer and Dryer in Garage
• Two car garage with two car driveway
• Giant walk in closet
• 6 gas burner stove and oven
• large kitchen with wine fridge and island

Utilities/internet/garbage run about $150/month per person

10 minute walk to Millbrae Bart/ Caltrain station
Lot of groceries shops and restaurants nearby
Safe neighborhood and no packages have ever been taken from our porch in the almost two years we've lived there.
Nearby track, trails and parks for the occasional run.

About the other housemates:

• Two females in their 20s/30s working in tech

• Mostly keep to ourselves but occasionally do dinner/hangout/movie nights in the living room

• Looking for someone who is easy going, responsible, and most importantly honest and straighforward

• We split chores like taking out the trash and mostly clean up after ourselves

• We split things we can get at Costco for the house like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. You don't have to if you want to get your own, but we find that it's cheaper and easier to do so.

Available with a new 1 year lease starting September 1. Possibility of moving in earlier and taking over the previous roommates lease for a few weeks in August if needed.
