I've lived here for ~1.5 years and have had no complaints at all. The landlord is super friendly and responds quickly to anything you need (which is not much).

Your portion of the rent would be $1940. It may sound like a lot, but this place is a steal with how new it is, how nice the appliances are, how large it is, and its location.
