I am looking for a female professional to share a modern condo located on Valencia and 14th Street with an enormous 500+sqft private terrace. The room is available on a month-to-month basis. The start date is flexible.

The unit is located in the “299 Valencia” building, constructed in 2012, and minutes away from Dolores Park and from Hayes Valley, just a few blocks from the 16th St. Mission BART station, less than a mile to highway 101, and within a walking distance to Safeway, Whole Foods and the best dining, bars and cafes that the acclaimed Mission district has to offer. A Google shuttle stop is right down the street!

It has a private full bath with a tub, a large closet, and plenty of floor space. The room has been freshly painted and new heating system has been just installed.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen bed and desk, and is available on a month-to-month basis. Clean towels, bedding, and everything you need to feel comfortable is at the ready. Per-month rent is set at $2300 + ~$100 for utilities. The utilities include fast wireless internet (150Mbps), cable, water, electricity/gas, garbage, general cost of shared house items, and biweekly cleaning service. Security deposit is $2300.

I am a straight early-30’s woman, working as a research engineer in Mountain View, normal hours Mondays to Fridays. After work, I usually go jogging, play music or attend research talks. I don't smoke. I like to have an active lifestyle, go dancing, practice yoga, and enjoy having interesting conversations with friends. I don't watch TV, so sorry I am not up-to-date with the latest HBO shows! However, I love reading -- I have a large collection of books that I like to share with friends. Occasionally I watch documentaries or movies that I find interesting.
