2B2B apt near downtown Mountain View. 2 min from walmart, target

Im renting one small bedroom in a 2B2B apt near downtown Mountain View. It is literally 2 min from walmart, target, etc. and 5 min from costco. Downtown is 5 min in another direction. Basically this location is the center of everything and the price is the lowest among several other communities in this area, feel free to check around. Specifically you will pay 1350/month to enjoy your bedroom, a public bathroom that normally only you will use (the other roommates are a couple in the masterroom that has its own bathroom). Also there is a big kitchen and a big balcony. Utilities are not included, which you will share 1/3 (community fees, PGE and internet&TV, altogether for you is ~50/month.) The room is furnished (the pics here are before furishment) and there are two cute cattens living with you too. The community has a open-air pool and BBQ areas.
