Looking for a roommate to move in March 1st, 2020 and share a 2 bedroom, 1 bath near downtown Menlo Park. The room is unfurnished, 10 ft x 13 ft, has a walk in closet, and has a built in makeup vanity. The apartment is on the second floor and has a large patio with outdoor chairs/table...perfect for a BBQ in the summer. Laundry is downstairs (brand new machines) and is FREE to use. The apartment is located 2 blocks from Draeger's, Trader Joe's, and CVS. It is a 10 minute walk to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and Safeway; 7min walk to BOH bus line to Stanford campus - no car needed! We are looking for someone who can sign a 1 year lease. Utilities cost $50-75/person each month (more during the winter when we use the heater).

The current roommate is a Research Scientist who works at Stanford in the Physics Department (builds telescopes for Tibet to study the origin of the universe). She is Italian, makes amazing pasta, and is very clean/respectful. No pets, no drugs, no smoke please.
