I am subletting a two story apartment located in Escondido Village (on campus) for the period from June,19, 2017 to September,22, 2017.

The apartment is fully furnished, it has 2 bedrooms (one with master bed) and 1 bathroom. In the first floor you found the kitchen and the living room and in the second there is the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

The place is great, and queit, there is volleyball, basketball and tennis Courts, barbecue area and a laundry room. There is also a playground for kids if you are with family.

There is an extra 69$ fee for internet services (for the entire duration), it includes land-line telephone and access to Internet (wired and wireless residential network).

• Stanford Housing conditions : Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
