We unfortunately have to move out because of a new job offer and need someone to take over our lease from November 1, 2015 to September 10, 2016 (with the option of renewing). The unit is owned by a very approachable and responsive landlady who never hesitates to send over a maintenance guy if anything is ever off (even changing the lightbulbs!). We've grown to love this place and know that you will too.
The place is exactly where you want to call home. Spacious living room and dining room that will fit all your furniture. Great kitchen with newly updated dark brown cabinets. 1 large master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and another sizable room with 2nd full bathroom. Washer and dryer is also included inside the unit. Dishwasher and large fridge also included in the kitchen. The unit also has a nice and shady patio to set up an outdoor table and even outdoor balcony planters to plant your vegetables and herbs in. There's also a reserved parking spot in the underground garage for tenants of this unit (included in the rent).
Everyone in this condominium is extremely nice and friendly and the neighborhood is also extremely safe. The complex is really nice and quiet, within walking distance to everything from groceries to restaurants to gyms, and even has a large pool where you can actually swim laps in. We're close to both San Antonio and Mountain View Caltrain stations and you can easily walk, bike or drive to Castro Street for its vibrant nightlife, delicious restaurants, or quirky stores.
$3,000 per month includes rent and water/sewage. You'll pay for electricity separately.

Please get in touch and we'll gladly show you the unit! Serious enquiries only. Preference to those who can come see the place soon and are ready to sign a lease.
