This is great apartment for its convenient location and rent.

• Card operated laundry on-site
• Granite counter-tops
• Decent sized patio
• Rent – 1200/month + utilities (~$100 including internet) and $500 security deposit to move-in
• Short – term lease (atleast 6 months)
