The on-site manager's responsibilities includes:

- Keeping the mailbox area clean and communicate with the mail master if there is any issue.
- Report any issue/problem in the complex or on the street / sidewalk near by the complex. eg. a light is out, water leaking, gardener didn't come, and etc.
**Our Tenants are very nice and responsible professionals so there is not too much of cleaning or anything besides taking out/in the recycle bins every week.
