Our place is a 2-floor, 2 bedroom-1.5 bathroom apartment on the border of Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Either one or both bedrooms are available for sublet. The apartment has a large kitchen (with dishwasher) and living room downstairs. It is fully furnished. The living room has a large TV, bookshelves, and 3 couches. One bedroom has a double bed, closet, and desk in it. The other bedroom has a double bed, two nightstands, and a television in it. There is a nice patio with patio furniture out back.
The apartment is about a 10-15 minute bike ride through a quiet neighborhood to Stanford's campus. We're also within walking/biking distance from the train station in Palo Alto, as well as downtown Palo Alto and Menlo Park.
We're looking for $800/room per month (utilities and laundry included)-- $1600 for the whole apartment per month. The apartment will be available March 21 through May 23. Please feel free to contact us with questions.
