2br house short term 1200$ a month

I am stuck on a business trip and need somebody to watch over my cat in a sweet two-bedroom residence with everything you might need inside.

The place is in Menlo Park close to Gilbert at Willow intersection. About 15min biking distance from the campus, safe residential area. Internet, garbage and water as well as two bikes included. The house has a considerable yard and a parking space in a driveway or on the street.

There is one major inconvenience though. I don’t know when I am back exactly and hence can’t say for sure how long is the rent. I think it’s going to be 2 weeks to a month from today (Aug28th). Unfortunately the earliest I can let you know when to vacate the residence is one week in advance.

Considering all conditions (taking care of the cat and uncertainty with the rent duration) asking just 1200$ a month (which will be +/- procured depending on the rent duration) which is a steal for a 2br.
