Hi!! I'm looking to fill one spot in a newly rented 2br apartment. I will be showing the apartment on Sat 7/20 and Sun 7/21 and hope to find someone then to start Aug 1st or earlier. Candidates will be reviewed by the property manager and must have good credit and a job and be willing to sign a 1 year lease.

About the apartment:

• Located at Mission and Cesar Chavez (SF)
• Two floors - kitchen and living room on the first floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor.
• The room I am renting is small/medium but can fit a queen bed and a desk and has a large closet
• Shared garden with great view
• Lots of closet space around the apartment

• 26 yr old male
• Software engineer (at a startup in SOMA)
• From Massachusetts, Northwestern & Stanford alum

Rent is $1375, security deposit is 1.5 times rent.
