Looking for a someone to replace my current roommate in downtown Palo Alto starting beginning of October.
About apartment: 1 block off of University avenue - corner of Lytton and Webster
Things you can walk to: Palo Alto Caltrain, Walgreens/CVS, soooo many restaurants, bars, 3 boba tea shops!!!, Whole Foods, Farmer's market, Stanford, Stanford Shopping center, other shopping, the hardware store, Wednesday Night Hop (Swing dancing!) and much more!! Rent estimate is around 1700. It has a car spot. Dishwasher and disposal. No pets. Washer and dryer downstairs onsite. There's a shed to put bikes and stuff in too.
About me: I'm from NC and went to UNC-CH (class of 2015). In my free time I swing dance (a convenient 2 blocks from my apt!), go hiking, play music with friends (I have a keyboard, a guitar and a ukulele and sing!) and I'm in Google's a cappella group. I'm generally pretty clean.
Let me know if you're interested/have questions/wanna chat! :) Ideally I would get a commitment before the end of August since the apartment complex will re-rent the unit if I can't find someone. If you don't have furniture, my current roommate is willing to sell hers (bed, etc) at a good price.
