Older mobile home for rent and will be available mid July. Less than 10 minutes to Christiansburg and Blacksburg. One year lease with possible renewal, this is located in a country setting. Must be drug free, credit check and financial check will be done. No indoor animals unless it is approved by the landlord. Tenant is responsible for electricity bill and propane costs. Refrigerator, stove, futon, washer and dryer, table and chairs and end tables are included. The garage on property is not included in the lease.

Security deposit and first month rent must be paid prior to moving in. Please contact me for the landlord info. I will be cutting comments off due to people wanting to start trouble on the posts.
