Private room available September 1 in a shared three-bedroom apartment near Davis Square and powder house square. We are two working professionals seeking someone to replace a departing roommate and join the existing lease for the upper unit (2nd and 3rd floors) of a classic Somerville duplex.

Free washer and dryer in the basement shared with the 1st floor unit. There’s a front and back porch, both on the second floor. On the third floor, we have an extra shared room that we use as a small office or exercise room.

We're two working professional guys in our 20s and 30s. Occasionally we’ll go out to do something together or host small gatherings. Both of us work hybrid schedules. On cleanliness, the house is old but we do our best to stay organized and minimize clutter, but we are not obsessive.
