We're 3 unfortunate students who didn't get fall housing this year, and we're hoping to rent a 3-5 bedroom house in Palo Alto / Menlo Park. We've done a fair bit of research and are estimating housing prices to average out to about 1200-1500 per month per room. We're looking for people who would be comfortable signing a 1-year contract starting mid-September. Please ping us if interested.
