We are three Stanford GSB students subletting our rooms in one of the nicest houses in Palo Alto while we are gone for the winter. The house is fully furnished, and has lots of natural light and space.

The house was fully renovated ~3 years ago with all new appliances and hardwood floors and is on a quiet block in PA. Great kitchen/dining area perfect for dinner parties, and big living room for hanging out. Huge backyard with BBQ, nice furniture, lighting, and heat lamp, plus an indoor-outdoor built-in stereo system perfect for parties. Large garage to store extra stuff. 3 minutes to Safeway and CVS and short walk to Philz, dry cleaners and Ernie's nearby. Washer/dryer in unit.
