There are a 3 rooms available July 1 (flexible move in dates) in our friendly coop-alum home in East Palo Alto. Prioritizing Master Bedroom at the moment

The home is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom with washer/dryer and new kitchen appliances. We have a garage with two spots and free street parking. There is a living room and family room and lots of storage space in the house.

Master (in pics): ~$1,300;
 master is huge, with walk-in closet and it's own bathroom with double-sinks and it's own shower and toilet.
Single (in pics): ~$1,000/month; 
each single has their own closet and share a large double-sink bathroom.
Nook: ~$650;
 this is an affordable converted space.
Some of the roommates are grad students at Stanford and the others are recent grads working in the area.

The rent for the entire house is $4,950/month and utilities generally range from $30-40/month. We are open to discussions of rent price based on need!

We live around the block from an awesome Mexican restaurant called Cazeula that is doing safe pick up with yummy burritos and other kinds of mexican dishes. The home is a short 1 mile walk to the bayshore nature preserve and cooley landing that are open for hiking, walking and biking.
