We have a room opening May 1st in our house just 10 minutes walk from the Menlo Park Caltrain station. We are a co-ed house of Stanford grads in their late twenties / early thirties working in tech in this area.
The room that is opening has a private bathroom and office space just outside the bedroom.
The house has a washer, dryer, garage, pool, full-featured kitchen, and large backyard. There is plenty of parking on the driveway.
Come check it out! On the house layout, the room on offer is "Room 3" -- the space adjacent to it between the bathroom and the bedroom is considered private space to the occupant of room 3.
Price includes gardener and pool maintenance. Internet, monthly cleaning, and utilities (gas, electricity, garbage, and water) are extra and split evenly.
