Current roommate has to relocate and is breaking the lease and I will have to leave as well if I cannot find a replacement roommate. Lease ends 02/28/2017. Rent will be $3300 a month plus average of $170 so for utilities (water, sewer, and trash). Apartment can be viewed anytime with notice and will be available September 1, 2016.
