I'm the tenant for this property and looking for someone who can substitute my
rent, so that I could be exempted from the lease penalty. I'm paying 5900$ per
month, but it should be verified with the apartment company. The rent rate would
be 5700-5900$ per month. I'm going to subsidize 4000$ for the first month for the
appreciation of helping me with this situation.
Move-in date: Dec 01 (but flexible)
Neighborhood: located within walking distance of the Sharon Heights shopping
center (Safeway, Great Cips, Star bucks...).Located 2.2 miles from campus; about a
14 minute bike ride to campus with a hill involved.
