3br/1ba house+garden furnished Apr 4-16 $2300 15 min bike frm Stanford

I’m postdoc at Stanford, living with my family (4 kids) in a lovely charming house with garden located 15min away by bike from Stanford, located Gilbert Ave, Menlo Park. We would like to rent our house 2 weeks, from Monday April 4th to Saturday April 16th.

The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, a living room and dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with restroom. All bedrooms are facing open to the garden. We are sharing the house (kitchen, bathroom, garden) with a very nice and discreet person living part-time on the second floor, where two additional rooms are located. The house is fully furnished. The renting for 12 days is 2000 USD. We also require a 1000 USD safety deposit.
