I am moving out from my current apartment and I am looking for someone taking over my lease from April 1st to August 31st 2018. Rent will be $1,687.50 per month + around $100 for utilities.

You will be sharing the apartment with a young female professional working at Stanford University. Only female candidates will be considered. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (shared) a big kitchen (shared) and a living-room (shared). The open bedroom will be unfurnished with a spacious closet while the rest of the apartment will be furnished.

The location is fantastic:

• 2 blocks to year-round Farmer's Market, California Ave restaurants and shops
• walk distance to Caltrain station / Stanford.
