4 bedroom house, 1 room available for female in Redwood City

We are two female working professionals with two sweet small dogs looking to find another roommate in our 4 bedroom house. (We keep the smallest 4th bedroom open for occasional guests to stay).

The house is 1700 sq. feet, 4 bedrooms 2 baths. The room shares a bathroom with me. There is a private backyard and utilities are split 3 ways. We are close to local shops, Whole Foods, Safeway, and are in a lovely and quiet neighborhood near the Woodside Plaza. We have an in-house laundry unit, garage storage, and there's plenty parking available. Gardeners are included, and come weekly to maintain the yard.

About us: We both work in healthcare and are in our 30s--I manage a private practice in Menlo Park, and my friend works at Stanford children's hospital as a nurse. We are easy-going, respectful, enjoy watching Netflix together, having wine nights, traveling, hiking, taking dance classes, and cooking.

We would love to have another female friend join our house! We like to have fun, and have friends over for dinner or attend spontaneous events in the city or Napa. Both our dogs are very sweet, trained, hypo-allergenic and will love you instantly if you give them pets.

The room is available Mid-July or August 1st. The lease would be for 1 year, we are open to another dog as well.
