4 Bedroom Sublet in Beautiful Palo Alto - June thru August

Dates: June 1 to August 31 (can go a couple weeks later too)

Early Move-In: We can make the place available on May 30

Rooms:
• Master Bedroom (huge, walk-in closet, large bathroom with jet tub, great for couples): $[2,000]
• Upstairs Large Room (large room, with in-suite bathroom and lots of closet space): $[1,650]
• Upstairs Room (good sized room, shares large bathroom): $[1,175]
• Upstairs Room (good sized room, shares large bathroom): $[1,175]
• Downstairs Bedroom/Bathroom: occupied by one of our roomates
• There are 2 living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room downstairs

The rent amounts can be moved around, but we are looking for $6,000 for the summer which is discounted from our actual rent

Tenants:
We are looking for 4 tenants (either a group or individuals)

Furniture:
We will guarantee beds in each room by June 1 and will provide the couches, tables, TV, etc. within the next week.

Deposit:
Around $2,500. We will take out utilities and a cleaning fee and return the rest at the end of the summer.
