$50 OBO - 50" Samsung DLP HDTV (broken input board)

I bought a used Samsung DLP HDTV earlier this year, and the input board has stopped working. When the set-up menu is opened up, the picture is fine, but the inputs have varying degree of striping that have gotten worse. I'm pretty sure that if the digital board is replaced, the TV will be fine, but I lack the time or expertise to fix it.

It's been sitting in my closet for a while, so if anyone is willing to take it and take a shot at fixing it, it's yours!
