$500 Furnished Studio w/ a Private Bath in Menlo Park 12/25/14-1/7/15

I am looking for a responsible person who can take great care of my place just for two weeks from12/25/14 to 1/7/15. I prefer male or female Stanford students.

$350 deposit required for Stanford Students. $500 for non-Stanford students.

My furnished studio has a vaulted ceiling (15+ feet high) and beautiful skylight windows and you will have your own private entrance and terrace in front of the house. There is a microwave and a refrigerator, but no stove for cooking. See the attached photos taken by previous owners.
