$500/month shared room in Mountain View, close to Marguerite stop

Hello,

My name is Ashley John, and I graduated from Stanford last June. I am currently doing an Americorps 10-month service program called Public Allies, through which I work for Boys and Girls Clubs of the Peninsula as the College Bound Director. Myself and 4 other ladies are sharing a 2bed/2bath in Mountain View, less than a mile from the Caltrain Station and easy commute to Stanford. Really close to Walmart/Target/Safeway, 10 mins walk from the Walmart marguerite stop. The apartment complex also has a pool, sauna, clubhouse and fitness room that you will be able to use. The washing machine is inside the apartment. The complex is called Birch Creek Apartments: http://www.birchcreekapts.com/ , you will be able to see general pictures on the website but we can also provide pictures/visits.

We are looking for a female roommate. The way that the house is set up is two girls in each room and one the living room. There is a common room beside the kitchen with a table for doing work/hanging out. The available room is one of the shared bedrooms, and I would be your roommate.

The room is available immediately until late August when the lease expires, but there could be possibility for renewal if you talk to the apartment complex. The $500 usually covers all utilities (sometimes electricity may cause this to go higher or lower depending on the use) except internet which is $14 per month.

We keep a quiet, light-drinking (wine), non-smoking house. We are not comfortable with guys sleeping over, but occasional female guests are fine, and guys are fine in the day.

A little about me:
I am 23 years old and I am from Missouri City, Texas (just outside of Houston). I enjoy watching Scandal and crime shows, dancing, and going out to restaurants. I really enjoy cooking and trying new foods. I'm an introvert in the way that too much social interaction tires me and I enjoy some alone time, but I love meeting new people.I typically go to sleep at around 10pm so I'd prefer someone who also sleeps around that time (10pm-12am). I am a very light sleeper, and I cannot sleep with light or noise. I would really like to have a roommate who is quiet, not too messy, willing to communicate if problems arise, willing to compromise, understanding of personal quiet time but still someone I can get to know well and enjoy spending time with.
